John Flynn
Prior to joining O'Brien Boyd, Mr. Flynn was a well-respected insurance defense attorney who will now use his considerable skills to help injured parties. A prior Erie County Assistant District Attorney, The Honorable John J. Flynn serves as the Town of Tonawanda Town Justice. He is also an Acting Buffalo City Court Judge and a Commander in the United States Naval Reserves, Judge Advocate General's Corps. In fact, Commander Flynn previously served at the United States Naval Academy as the Officer-in-Charge of the Office of Legal Counsel, providing advice and representation to more than 5,000 midshipmen, active-duty faculty and staff. He lives in Tonawanda, NY with his wife, Debra, and their five children.
